To be able to apply your martial art techniques in a real fight, it’s not enough to just train some techniques and combinations. You also need some highly developed fighting attributes, so you could adapt and improvise all your moves to the chaos of a real fighting situation. To train for that, we always train techniques, drills and sparring to make all moves “alive”. So these are the 3 areas we train in our training structure:

COMBATIVE ERGONOMICS

Ergonomics contains all the technical stuff and basic movements for your use own *tool box*. Goal is to find the similarities, synergy effects and to use the same movement concepts either if you have a stick, a knife or empty hands.

COMBATIVE SKILL SETS

The skill sets area contains a series of different drills to buit up high level fighting attributes. These drills are also made to make all the technical stuff alive - to be able to adapt them to any circumstances and to apply them spontaneously and intuitive.

COMBATIVE APLICATIONS

In applications all the results from the ergonomics and skills sets come togehter and they have to be applied in real scenarios under combat pressure. Here you find a lot of different sparring and pressure drills.
