CXT ist not a new style or system !

It is a training project with clear and functional training methods, focused on developing a functional and efficient Self Protection ability. Combative, because it’s focused on pratical application and funtional Self Protection. Cross Training, because we are training in all areas of fighting ( Stick, Knife, Palm Stick, Boxing, Infight, Clinchwork, Grappling ) Heart & Soul of our training are the Filipino Martial Arts, or FMA.  The FMA offers everything we need to set up a complete training syllabus. We don't need to mix up different styles and create new „Hybrid systems“. REAL - SIMPLE - EFFECTIVE Real, simple and effective – that are the basic principles for a functional Self Protection training, if you have the goal that your trained abilities could also safe your life in a real life attack on the street some day.
